Swingometer Improvements

As you may have noticed, I have been improving the swingometer over the last few days. Changes can be seen on the Swingometer 2020 page. Here is the list of changes:

1. Easy Access. Regional swingometers are now all on the same page. They can also be expanded and collapsed.

2. Reset Button. Each swingometer now has a reset button to restore the original percentages.

3. More Parties Listed. More parties are listed on the percentages and seats table. For example, the SNP and Plaid Cymru are shown for the UK swingometer.
