2019 European Election Swingometer

Just a quick post to say that I have added a uniform swingometer to the site for the upcoming election to the European Parliament. As with the other swingometers, you can use it to calculate seats on a regional basis.

Note: It excludes Northern Ireland which uses STV instead of D'Hondt.
